Benjamin A. Lindh Medin
Movement Artist, Teacher, and Explorer of Inner Landscapes

Benjamin Lindh Medin moves in the delicate space where art meets embodiment. Born in Sweden in 1989, his life has been a continuous dialogue between the stage and the sacred. Growing up between a mother who gave voice to stories on stage and a father who shared the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Benjamin’s childhood was an immersion in the language of movement, creativity, and the deep inquiry into the connection between body and mind.

His early path was one of outward expression, traveling through the worlds of Ashtanga Yoga, ballet, breaking, martial arts, and contemporary dance. Yet, it was through the vulnerability of injury and the necessity of introspection that his journey shifted. In these quiet moments of recovery, Benjamin discovered the profound intelligence of somatic practice—a turning point that transformed his relationship with the body from a tool of performance into a vessel of healing.

For over a decade, the subtle currents of Qi Gong have been at the center of his practice, serving as a gentle yet profound way of listening to the body’s internal wisdom. By weaving together the grace of contemporary dance with the restorative depths of Thai and Ayurvedic massage, Benjamin invites a profound reorganization of the self.

From these lifelong explorations, The Listening Body was born. It is a practice rooted in the belief that our anatomy holds stories and wisdom waiting to be heard. Through movement, meditation, and the wisdom of touch, Benjamin guides others on a journey of descent—to listen to the fascia, to honor the inner impulse, and to allow the nervous system to find its way back to a state of resonant, effortless peace.
